Book early because they are usually sold out on weekends. And the best part was the price - just $85 per night. We were lucky enough to get a corner room on the 8th floor that had a gorgeous view of the Fox Theatre and the Georgian Terrace Hotel next door. Under the console table was a long shelf that I could put my toiletries and my husband's dopp kit. I could plug in my dryer and flatiron and get ready while husband was showering. It has a sink, toilet and shower with no counter space, however, they were smart enough to put a long console table just outside the bathroom with a large mirror and outlet right next to the table. We had 2 double beds, an armoire with TV and space for clothing and an armoire closet that had a hangers, iron board, etc. ![]() ![]() This is a 1920's hotel so rooms are not huge, but very nicely decorated and the mattresses and bedding are very comfortable. Wish I'd know that before I booked - Wicked was playing! Now for the rooms: I am a picky wicket when it comes to space for MY STUFF (you know, all that stuff us girls must have to look our best). The historic and beautiful Fox Theater is right across the street. And the location can't be beat in the Midtown area. You can then sip your coffee in the cozy coffee nook and people watch outside the window. You want a latte? Just swipe your card at the espresso machine and order it how you like it. You just purchase a pre-paid card at the bar and use it at the wine machine that dispenses several varieties of wine. Lots of innovative lighting throughout with the lights behind the liquor bottles at the bar changing colors! They have decor inspired by the shows that have played at the Fox Theater (across the street) You want a glass of wine after bars close at 2 am? No problem.
